Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LSR Finder platform operated by LSR Finder Pty Ltd ("LSR Finder", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

LSR Finder provides an online marketplace and quoting tool that connects customers ("Buyers") with laser cutting service providers ("Suppliers"). The Platform enables Buyers to upload CAD files, receive automated pricing estimates, and place orders with Suppliers.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• LSR Finder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Quotes and Orders

Automated quotes generated by the Platform are estimates based on the parameters you provide. Final pricing, lead times, and payment terms are agreed directly between Buyer and Supplier. LSR Finder is not a party to the contract between Buyer and Supplier and bears no liability for the fulfilment, quality, or delivery of orders.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all CAD files and designs you upload. By uploading files to the Platform you grant LSR Finder a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process those files solely to provide the quoting and ordering service. LSR Finder's software, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of LSR Finder Pty Ltd.

6. Fees

Use of the Platform for Buyers is currently free of charge. Supplier subscription fees, where applicable, are governed by a separate Supplier Agreement. LSR Finder reserves the right to introduce fees with 30 days' notice to existing users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LSR Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LSR Finder in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LSR Finder does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Automated quotes are estimates and LSR Finder makes no representation as to their accuracy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
